Tips on avoiding flare-ups during busy times of the year

September to January are very busy months….We have some of our busiest holidays, events and family activities during this time of the year. In order to enjoy them without suffering painful fibromyalgia flare-ups, I know that I need to start paying very close attention to my  pacing and stress-prevention strategies now….before the season  really gets under way.
